General Summary:

Responsible for carrying out the daily duties of a sales coordinator, including but not limited to: Sales and customer service functions across all departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order fulfillment and processing
  • Customer service via phone, in person, email, and live chat
  • Complete all documentation after the sale
  • Coordinate and execute shipping of product to end user
  • After sales follow up
  • Accept additional responsibilities as outlined by the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years customer service and/or sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with social media desired
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-starter
