This past September, the Grady-White Boats Dealer Conference brought together top dealers from across the country in Greenville, North Carolina for three days of connection, insight, and inspiration.
Boat Specialists was proud to be in attendance, represented by Vice President Jenna Phillips and General Sales Manager Kevin Schank, who joined fellow dealers in celebrating Grady’s legacy of craftsmanship and its forward-looking vision.

One of the highlights of the event was a guided tour of the Grady-White manufacturing plant—an awe-inspiring look at the meticulous process behind every boat. From hull to helm, the attention to detail was unmistakable.
Dealers also had the chance to explore several models on display, including the much-anticipated debut of the Express 340. This newest addition to the Grady lineup drew plenty of buzz, and for good reason: sleek design, innovative features, and the kind of build quality that defines the brand.

The conference wasn’t just about showcasing boats—it was about embracing a shared vision. Grady-White’s leadership emphasized their mission to deliver the ultimate boating experience and inspired dealers to pursue excellence with passion and precision. The message was clear: aim high, refine constantly, and never settle.
Guest speakers brought fresh perspective to the event, touching on industry trends, economic outlooks, and the importance of building meaningful customer relationships.
Reflecting on the experience, Jenna Phillips shared, “Grady-White’s commitment to excellence is more than a tagline—it’s a culture. Seeing that firsthand, and connecting with other dealers who share that drive, was incredibly energizing. We’re proud to be part of this network and excited for what’s ahead.”
Boat Specialists felt right at home at the event, connecting with fellow dealers and gaining fresh insight into the future of boating. The energy around our Grady-White partnership continues to build, and with a full program year ahead, we’re eager to keep that momentum going. As Grady leadership reminded us, excellence is a journey—and we’re all in.
