The AB Alumina 18 ALX Console RIB is 18' long and 7'10" wide, weighing 957 lbs for the boat alone and 1,595 lbs with the engine, with Hypalon tubes, an aluminum hull, a capacity of 12 persons or 3,047 lbs, and a maximum motor rating of 115hp X-Long Shaft, rigged with a Yamaha 115hp outboard.

The AB Alumina series is the lightest, most durable center console tender around. Its aluminum hull and modular console design need less horsepower than their fiberglass siblings. The AB 18ALX is the newest and longest in the ALX series. It includes a forward jump seat in front of the console for a total of four cushioned seats, with plenty of deck space for gear or people, including over 10 feet of open deck. Davit lifting hardware is built in, along with a bow boarding step with a foldable cleat, two more foldable cleats on each side of the stern, and navigation lights. Rounding it all out, a built-in fuel tank, cup holder and extra-large console give you great amenities plus room for more upgrades.

What are the tubes made of?

Hypalon. AB uses tough Orca® coated Hypalon fabric that holds up to sun, heat, salt water and abrasion, so the boat lasts for years.

What kind of hull does it have?

The AB Alumina 18 ALX has a lightweight aluminum hull, so it needs less horsepower than a fiberglass tender and is easier on your davits.

Does it have a fuel tank?

Yes. It has a 32-gallon fuel tank.
