How many people does the Highfield Classic 290 hold?

The Highfield Classic 290 is rated for 4 persons, with a max load of 1,058 lbs (persons, motor and fuel tank combined). Always stay within the capacity plate on the boat.

What outboard comes with it?

This package comes rigged with a Tohatsu MFS15EEFS 15hp outboard. The boat is rated for a maximum of 20hp Short Shaft, and Highfield recommends 15hp Short Shaft. See the Motor Specifications tab for details.

Is it PVC or Hypalon?

Hypalon. Highfield uses Orca Hypalon, which holds up to sun, heat, salt water and abrasion, so the boat lasts for years. The tubes are 17" in diameter. Highfield backs the tubes with a 10-year warranty.

What kind of floor does it have?

There's no floor to inflate or put together. The Highfield Classic 290 has a rigid, powder-coated aluminum hull with a 15° deadrise and an anti-slip EVA foam deck, plus a full-length keel guard for beach landings.

Does it have storage?

Yes. It has a bow locker (fits 6 gallon fuel tank) and a padded under-seat bag, and it comes with a Highfield dry bag.
