Mercury ProKicker outboards are built as kicker motors: for precise trolling speed control, to give your main engine a break, or as a reliable backup. The 25hp ProKicker has a balanced powerhead and soft rubber mounts that keep vibration and noise down while you fish.

Do I need a short or long shaft?
Measure your transom from the top edge straight down to the bottom of the hull: about 15" calls for a short shaft, 20" for a long shaft, 25" for an extra-long shaft, and 30" for an ultra-long shaft. What do I need to buy separately?
