Tohatsu's 15hp is the lightest battery-less EFI four-stroke in its class, giving it a high power-to-weight ratio, the most important factor in a small outboard. It runs quieter and smoother than before, starts quickly with no choke, and delivers crisp acceleration and much better fuel efficiency at wide-open throttle. This model adds power tilt for greater convenience.
