  • Description

This scratch and dent Yamaha F300XSB is a 300hp four-stroke outboard with Digital Electronic Controls (DEC), integrated electric steering, electric start, power trim and tilt, and a 25" extra long shaft, weighing 611 lbs. Built for offshore center consoles, dual consoles, walkarounds and other large boats, in single or multi-engine setups. It's new and unused, and as an authorized Yamaha dealer, Boat Specialists sells it with the full Yamaha 3-year factory warranty, after our factory-qualified technicians test-run it.

Yamaha's 4.2-liter V6 Offshore outboards have been offshore favorites for more than a decade, known for their power, efficiency and reliability. The F300 has a fresh cowling design and rerouted exhaust for stronger reverse thrust, and integrated digital electric steering makes it even more responsive.

    Yamaha F300XSB Key Features

Top Speed and Smooth Shifting: Yamaha's new Saltwater Series II™ HP Propeller can boost top-end speed by nearly 2 mph in lighter-weight applications. It’s also equipped with Yamaha's patented Shift Dampener System (SDS®) for smoother, quieter shifting.

Fast, Easy Tilting: A new, Yamaha exclusive, TotalTilt™ performs a quick, full trim up or down with the fast, double-tap of a button. This makes trailering quick and easy and is handy whenever you need a complete tilt up or down.

Powerful, Precise Maneuvering: Thrust Enhancing Reverse Exhaust keeps exhaust bubbles away from the propeller below 2500 RPM and when in reverse. This means the prop bites only clean water, which results in outstanding reverse thrust and control—especially when backing down on fish and when maneuvering around docks.

    REQUIRED FEE

$560 Dealer Engine Prep - Our factory-qualified technicians perform a full test run of your new outboard by unpacking it and connecting it to the rigging, fuel, battery, and a diagnostic computer. We run the motor up to operating temperature and test every function to make sure your new motor is working just as it should. The manufacturer's required inspection checklist is completed and submitted to the manufacturer to validate the warranty.
