Zodiac Nomad 3.6 Aluminum RIB FAQ
How many people does the Nomad 3.6 hold?
The Nomad 3.6 is rated for 6 persons or 1433 lbs. Always stay within the capacity plate on the boat.
What size outboard can I use on the Nomad 3.6?
The Nomad 3.6 is rated for a maximum of 30hp Short Shaft. We sell outboards from Tohatsu, Yamaha, Mercury and Honda and can help you choose one, or call or text (805) 644-6290 about a boat and motor package.
Is it PVC or Hypalon?
This model has Hypalon tubes. Hypalon holds up better than PVC to sun, heat and abrasion, so it lasts longer for boats kept in hot, sunny climates or used often.
What kind of floor does it have?
The Nomad 3.6 has a rigid aluminum hull with a double floor for extra comfort, instead of a removable floor. Because the hull is rigid, it does not roll up.
How do I store and transport it?
It weighs 163 lbs (boat only), light enough for davits, a swim platform, a deck or a small trailer. Watertight storage compartments, including a large bow locker, keep your gear dry on board.
What comes with the Nomad 3.6?
Standard equipment: 2 aft towing rings, 2 aluminium paddles, 2 external handles and 8 internal handles, deflecting rubbing strake, engine support, full keel protection, large watertight bow locker, lifting points, manual pump, removable thwart, repair kit, under bench storage bag and waterproof Zodiac bag, and 1 bow D ring.
