Description
The Achilles FRB-124 Inflatable Boat is 12'4" long and 5'3" wide, weighing 154 lbs, with Hypalon tubes, an aluminum floor, a capacity of 5 persons or 1,480 lbs, and a maximum motor rating of 25hp Short Shaft.
The Achilles FRB Sport Utility Boats were originally designed as rapid response boats for fire departments and rescue units. Their unique aluminum roll-up floors have an innovative hinge system and non-skid panels, they're easy to store and carry, and they set up in minutes. The main air chambers have over-pressure relief valves and can be inflated with compressed air bottles or the included foot pump. Add Achilles CSM fabric, four-layer seam construction, abrasion wear patches and removable storage bags, and you've got a seriously practical boat for all kinds of jobs on the water.
The Achilles FRB-124 is the largest boat in the FRB sport utility series. Top features include a heavy-duty bailer sleeve, saddle bags, plenty of D-rings, blow-off valves and a slatted aluminum roll-up deck. It's great for rescues, dives, fishing trips and surf adventures, whether you launch from the beach or a ramp, and with its deep inflatable keel, expect it to plane with up to 4 people on a 25 horsepower outboard.
Achilles is known worldwide for tough, long-lasting inflatable boats made with its own CSM fabric and four-layer seam construction, built to handle harsh sun, salt water and hard use. That's why Achilles boats are a favorite for everyone from weekend boaters to fire departments, rescue teams and commercial operators.
